The sound based art installation – Change Room, was conceptualized by artist Baaraan Ijlal in 2018. Since then, the artist has been installing Change Room across the Indian subcontinent. The audio-visuals are designed by Mir Ijlal Shaani and the sound is archived by Salomi Christie.
This first iteration of the Change Room Archives is being built with the support of Khoj Studios as part of Peripheries & Crossovers, 2021.
